Zero-Emission Fleets Reconnect returning in 2025
November 29, 2024
Zero-Emission Fleets: Reconnect 2025 will return to North Vancouver on March 5, 2025. Before the COVID-19 pandemic, Plug In BC held annual events to facilitate workshops, discussions and panel presentations regarding fleet electrification. After a hiatus beginning in the fall of 2019, we hosted Zero-Emission Fleets: Reconnect 2024 on March 6th of this year. The 2024 event welcomed over 250 attendees to the beautiful Pipe Shop Venue at the Shipyards in North Vancouver.
That venue allowed us to exhibit a variety of vehicles, from cargo e-bikes and micro-mobility up to heavy-duty trucks, and even HaiSea’s electric tug boats at the Burrard Dry Dock Pier. The 2025 event will look to the skies and bring in Harbour Air’s electric seaplane as a feature attraction.
The vehicle and equipment exhibits along Wallace Mews near the Pipe Shop Venue will be open to the public. Ticket holders will be admitted inside the venue for presentations and panel discussions that focus on case studies from local fleet operators who have gone electric. We will also have utilities and charging equipment makers provide an update on major infrastructure projects and directions.
Attendees can also speak with our staff and learn about the CleanBC Go Electric support that we offer:
- Go Electric Fleet Charging, rebates for infrastructure and charging stations to install equipment at a fleet’s own facility;
- Medium- and Heavy-Duty Public Charger Program, rebates for publicly accessible fast-charging stations;
- Go Electric Rebates for a variety of fleet vehicles, from cargo e-bikes to heavy-duty trucks and buses.
Early-bird tickets are on sale until December 31, 2024. After that, regular prices will be in effect.
